Intro
One of the guys I hung around with in college worked his way through school in an adult bookstore; in fact, he managed it the last two years he was there. The first two years, however, he wasn’t making much money but he found a way to supplement his income.
He had a decent television and DVD player in his dorm room that he used to show porno movies on the weekends. He never really charged anybody admission, but made out like a bandit on donations alone – and the kicker was he got the DVDs free from sales reps!
He had a great porn collection by the time he got out of school, but it was nothing compared to the library of erotica you’ll have access to as a member of DVD store. They’ve got DVDs by the thousands here, each with anywhere from three to a dozen movies, and they come in dozens of categories. This isn’t one of those sites that still have the same collection of porn today that they offered two years ago, either – they add one or more new DVDs to the site every day!
Pros
I have to admit I’m feeling a bit of wanderlust after checking out the DVD they added to DVD Store today, or at least some kind of lust. It’s a reality title called Dirty Travel Vol. 2, and I want to go wherever they filmed this puppy – the women are hot! The first scene pretty much sets the tone – they’ve got a really cute blonde babe in a sexy black dress in the back of a cab. Flashing her boobs on the ride is barely a hint of how wild this girl can get – when they return to the hotel she shows you how to properly suck dick and get fucked!
That’s just the first scene – there are ten on this particular DVD, all of them every bit as explicit. Today it was a reality update; yesterday they put up a squirt collection of five movies called Squirt-A-Holics. The chicks on this DVD won’t settle for the typical squirter finger fuck. There’s a big tit blonde slut that really steams things up in the sauna with a cowgirl ride and deep throat play on a lucky dude’s dong. Two of the five scenes on Squirt-A-Holics have two sluts sharing a guy’s dick and really keeping things fluid!
Before the squirt title came a nasty hardcore collection of fucking nurses; that was preceded by a teen collection called Nasty Bus. In just the last two weeks they’ve added over sixteen DVDs, and they’ve got all the categories you could ask for here. There are more than thirty of them listed in a drop down you can use to filter the archives. Recent titles include material from MILF, reality, teens, amateurs, Asian, lesbian, Latina, and more. They will hit an even 3,100 DVDs tomorrow or the day after, and there are almost fifteen thousand movies!
In addition to sorting the DVD Store inventory by category/niche you can view it in chronological order, check out all the titles from a particular studio, or see all of the DVDs from a particular series. They’ve got links to a randomizer, the best rated by scene or title, most downloaded, best rated, and more. You can also search the collection based on the title or to look for specific pornstars. The site is very well organized and easy to use, which makes wading through a collection this large quite simple!
The individual scenes on DVD Store will be fully available to you no matter how you connect to the World Wide Web. The films are all full length and download only. They offer what they call DVD quality MPGs at 3000 and 12000 kpbs, and three different versions of Windows Media files in 800, 300, and 56 kpbs. The smallest files, range anywhere from seven to fifteen MB, while the highest quality option often tops 300MB. All of the titles added recently that I checked out also had a full length version in an iPod-compatible MP4.
Cons
DVD Store is a no-frills collection of hardcore DVDs in many different categories; while you won’t find any bells and whistles here there is certainly nothing to complain about.
Conclusion
They call this site the DVD Store, but they wouldn’t get much of an argument out of me if they’d upped that to DVD Super Store! Thirty one hundred complete DVDs (or fifteen thousand scenes) in dozens of categories is “all” they have to offer – as if you needed anything more. Just to make sure they meet your needs they add a new title or two at least four or five times a week!
They really have gone out of their way to make the videos accessible, not just with MP4s for your ‘Pod but with versions compatible with every form of Internet connection. About the only thing missing from DVD Store is a greeter at the door! I have no problems at all recommending you become a member of DVD Store to get the hottest movies you can handle!
